I have read many and understood a few,
Today I think, I will write one too…
It may rhyme, or it may be in blank,
I only hope its better, than having left the page blank.
I know the language, but I don’t think that’s enough,
I think I need a theme; else it’s going to be tough.
Should it be about love? Or life and the journey through?
But I guess it’s too late; I am already half way through.
Should I take a day off? Or should I take it slow?
Should I organize my thoughts? Or should I let it flow?
There are so many questions; and there is no rule,
I think science is better, at least I felt a lesser fool.
I have a friend who’s a poet, and I thought I could be one too
But I am an engineer, and I should have known better.
My creativity needed an outlet, and I took the call,
If I did that in engineering, a bridge or two would have fall.

Yeah!! took 27 years of creativity to write this one. Gotta learn to be patient in expecting the next!!
